Stand up paddling - SUP boards - a different kind of adventure

It does not require special training and can be practiced by anyone wherever there is water - whether it is a river, a lake or the sea. The biggest advantages of stand up paddling are simplicity and versatility. Minimal equipment is needed - a long, wide plate on which to stand and paddle from this position with a single-blade paddle.
